1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Padisend, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Padisend provides an email marketing platform that allows you to create, send, and manage email campaigns, automate workflows, and manage subscriber lists.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Ensuring your subscriber lists comply with applicable laws
Obtaining proper consent from your email recipients

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Padisend to:

Send spam or unsolicited commercial email
Use purchased, rented, or harvested email lists
Send content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on intellectual property
Impersonate any person or entity
Attempt to bypass sending limits or abuse the platform

5. Billing & Payments

Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time
Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase
Overages for exceeding subscriber limits will be billed pro-rata

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your data, including subscriber lists, campaign content, and analytics. We do not claim any rights to your content.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.99% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

Padisend's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
